Marseilles and The Med - March 2004

A Mutant. Three babes. A boat. A boat in The Med. For five days and four nights. Oh my!!

Dave and Tahlia, onboard the Amoureux de la vie somewhere off the coast of France, Friday, March 12th at about 9AM (photo by Allison, you can see one of the Morrocan crewmen fishing for lunch to the left)

We left Marseilles on Thursday, March 11th and travelled all night east. These pix cover our first dinner and night at sea, and more...

We chartered Amoureux de la vie for our trip. Its a Novatec 80 foot yacht that sleeps twelve; with only four of us and three crew, we had lots of space to ourselves.

Off the coast of Monaco Friday, March 12th. You can see one of those really, really big yachts the rich bastards own in the distance...

It was cold but we could tan a little; photos taken Saturday March 13th. Allison is hiding and Tahlia is showing off her hot 'bod. DAMN she's fine!

The crew was great! They'd go into the water all the time even though it was way cold!

We hired a French masseuse named Zoe for the trip. We got twice a day massages, she got a light work load, a full days pay as well as all the booze she could drink and all the fish she could eat and we all got on fine. She was really nice! Tahlia speaks a little French (she's only lived in Paris for about a year), but Zoe spoke Spanish (as does Dave) so we could communicate after a fashion.

Marseilles as we returned to port Monday, March 15th in the morning. From the photos you can see that both Tahlia and Allison were a little upset - they wanted it to never end! (neither did Dave, but that's a secret!)

All content prepared by Dave and Tahlia after dinner (but before cocktails!) onboard the Amoureux de la vie. Nightly updates were posted to the web via Dave's Sony Ericsson P900 GPRS mobile

An Apple G4 PowerBook was used to create these web pages.

All photos were taken with a Nikon Cool Pix 5700, a five megapixel high end digital camera.

iTunes provided the sound.

And no, we don't receive any cash from Apple Computer for mentioning their products in our web pages; its just that if you don't own or use a Mac, well, this is a special message just for you, you poor misguided souls...
